Powerful and adjustable settings of the offline browser

The offline browser SurfOffline provides advanced users with the following features:

  • Filters by file types, by file size (maximal and minimal), URL filters
  • The filter by protocols permitted for downloding
  • The support of the HTTP and FTP authorization, sessions, and cookies makes it possible for the offline browser to download websites protected by passwords and websites with forms that require authentication.
  • The support of the Macromedia Flash technology and JavaScript allows the offline browser to download websites containing Flash and JavaScript.
  • It is possible to specify how the offline browser should identify itself (Agent Identity) to the websites being downloaded (for example, Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator or Mozilla).

Section "File Types" allows to set the types of files for download, the location of files, and to limit their size. Section "URL Filters" allows to set the protocols and to build powerful URL filters.
